Update or change my information

Q. I'm a returning user.  How do I update information in my account?

A. As a returning user, you can view or update your information after you log in to your account.  You will need your username and your password.

Q. How do I change my password and/or contact information?

A. To change your password and/or contact information, log in from the Update Your Profile page, enter your current user name and password, click on "Check Records".  On the page "Current resume/CV Profiles" click on change password.

Q. I forgot my password.  How can I access my account?

A. If you are already registered, but don't remember your password, go to the login page and click 'Forgot Your Password?' then follow the instructions.

Q. I wish to unsubscribe from receiving e-mail notifications from your site; whom do I contact?

A. This change can be made easily by going to Update Job Agent.  Log in to your job agent and you can delete the job agent or modify how often you receive notifications by clicking: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

Q. I wish to remove my information from your database.

A. A profile cannot be removed from our database due to Federal record-keeping requirements.  However, you may set your notification settings so that you do not receive notifications of job openings, by following the instructions above for deleting your job agent.
